Cancellation And Refund Policy

Bhajan Alarms is currently free during early launch.

If paid features or subscriptions are introduced in the future, this policy will apply.

Cancellation

Users will be able to cancel paid plans according to the payment method or subscription system used at that time.

After cancellation, access to paid features may continue until the end of the active billing period.

Refunds

Refunds may be considered in cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Failed payment where access was not provided
  • Technical issue preventing use of paid features
  • Accidental payment reported quickly after purchase

Refund requests will be reviewed case by case.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after using paid features
  • Failure to grant required Android permissions
  • Device-specific issues outside our control
  • Requests made after extended usage

Please include:

  • Payment date
  • Payment amount
  • Registered phone number or email used for payment
  • Reason for refund
  • Screenshot of payment confirmation, if available

Refund processing time may depend on the payment provider and bank.
